Return/Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Products that fall under hygiene, personal care, or custom-made categories (if applicable) cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, image/video of the product received, and the reason for return/exchange.

  3. We will review your request and share return instructions.

  4. After receiving the item, our team will inspect it and notify you of approval.

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, contact us within 2 days along with photos/video. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.
